We accept bank transfers (wire/ACH), credit/debit cards via Stripe, PayPal, and UPI for clients in India. For international projects, we invoice in USD. All payments are due per the milestones outlined in your contract.

Yes. Standard projects use a 50/50 split — 50% upfront to begin work and 50% on delivery. For larger projects we offer milestone-based payments (e.g. 30% deposit, 30% at design approval, 40% on launch). Talk to us if you need a custom payment schedule.

No hidden fees. The project price covers everything listed in your plan. Third-party costs like domain registration, hosting, SSL certificates, and premium plugins are billed at cost with zero markup. Monthly retainers are optional and cancelable with 30 days notice.

A Starter website takes about 2 weeks, a Growth project takes 3-4 weeks, and Enterprise projects vary based on scope. Mobile apps and custom software typically take 8-16 weeks. We provide a detailed timeline in your proposal and keep you updated throughout.

Starter plans include 2 rounds of revisions, while Growth and Enterprise plans include unlimited revisions during the design phase. Once development begins, changes are handled through change requests. We want you to love the final result.

Yes, you own 100% of the final code, design files, and assets upon full payment. We hand over all source files, repository access, and credentials. There's no vendor lock-in — you're free to take your project to any provider in the future.

Every project includes 30 days of free bug-fix support after launch. Beyond that, we offer monthly Care & Support retainers starting at ₹8,200/month which include security updates, backups, monitoring, and a set number of edit hours. You can also request one-off fixes at our hourly rate.
